Central data analysis gateway for pneumatic components
The SICON.PLUG Analytics PVS is a system for retrofitting existing pneumatic systems. With the integrated overpressure and vacuum sensors, pressure profiles can be analysed and compared.
The SICON.PLUG is set up via an APP. To do this, the user must provide information about their pneumatic system and the associated data hub, which can be local or in a cloud.
The system sets itself up automatically during the first 30 minutes and continues to learn during production.
It monitors the health of the system, alerts the user to a possible failure and calculates the right time for maintenance in advance.
The operating hours of the system are recorded and the energy consumption is calculated.
An integrated AI function records usage behaviour and offers tips for improving or optimizing the lifespan of the system.
The SICON.PLUG notices vibrations such as impacts on the entire system and informs the user about it. In this way, incorrect operation or failure due to worn parts can be prevented.
The system has a display unit with 3 LEDs, on which the status is displayed optically. In addition, warnings and errors can be reported to a higher-level system via two potential-free contacts.
