Central data analysis gateway for Vacuum effects
The SICON.PLUG Analytics VAC is a retrofit system for existing vacuum systems. With the integrated vacuum sensors, pressure profiles can be analyzed and compared.
The SICON.PLUG is set up via an APP. To do this, the user must provide information about his vacuum system and the associated data hub, which can be local or in a cloud.
The system automatically sets up during the first 30 minutes and continues to learn during production.
It monitors the state of the system, warns the user of a possible failure and calculates the right time for maintenance in advance.
The operating hours of the system are recorded and the energy consumption is calculated.
An integrated AI function records usage behavior and offers tips on how to improve or optimize the system's lifetime.
The SICON.PLUG detects shocks and impacts on the entire system and informs the user about them. In this way, incorrect operation or failure due to worn parts can be prevented.
The system has a display unit with 3 LEDs, on which the status is visually displayed, in addition, warnings and errors can be reported to a higher-level system via two potential-free contacts.
