The Vacuum lifter consists of 4 elements.

  • Vacuum Generator

  • Vacuum Filter

  • Crane System

  • Vacuum Lifter

These must each be configured separately

Device Management / Parameter → Settings for events of vacuum generator

Based upon these settings the Vacuum Generator will send Events to the messaging queue.

VACUUM LIFTER

The vacuum lifter will have the following operating modes:

  • Handling mode → vacuum lifter is in normal operating and operator is picking and dropping parts

  • Flying mode → vacuum lifter is released by operator without part on gripper

  • Block mode → vacuum lifter is released by operator with part on gripper

Based upon these settings, the Vacuum Lifter will send Events to the messaging queue.
